I want you to be happy with your order. That being said, if you are not satisfied with your order, I can offer a you a partial refund of your purchase after you return the item and I receive it. You must contact me within 7 days after you have received your order for this offer. If I receive the item in damaged condition, I cannot offer a refund. I cannot accept returns on custom items.
I take care to package each plush in its shipping container; I cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses during shipping.
FULL REFUND: the ONLY way I will offer a full refund is if I have not started work on your item.
Once an item has been shipped, I cannot provide a refund of any of the shipping costs.
